I take photos of people and places that I find beautiful or stunning in some way. As with many people, I find that a striking image will stay with me for months, either shocking or inspiring me, and I would like to share such photos with you.

I also have a strong interest in different cultures and places, so as well as the usual travel photos, you will also see collections of photos such as post/mail boxes from around the world here. Those of you who use real photos as icons for websites or software will appreciate the usefulness of having such everyday objects depicted in the way most familiar to local users in multiple countries.
